4. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping: We ship within the United States. Free shipping is available on orders over $75. Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout.
Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Made-to-Order: All Live Your Best Life products are printed on-demand specifically for each customer. Because of this custom nature, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons. Please carefully review your size and color selections before completing your purchase.
Exceptions: We will provide a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- Defective item (manufacturing defect or print quality issue)
- Item damaged during shipping
- Wrong item received (different from what was ordered)
Reporting Issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at liveyourbestlifeshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
