Every item is printed just for you. We don't keep inventory sitting around — your order is crafted fresh when you place it. This means a little extra wait time, but you're getting something made specifically for you.
Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed and delivered.
Because each item is made-to-order, we need time to:
- Print your design with care
- Quality check every item
- Pack and ship to your door
We'll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow along.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier (USPS or DHL Express). Delivery times vary by destination.

Returns Policy
⚠️ All Sales Are Final
Because every item is made-to-order and printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selected, or similar reasons.
Please double-check your size and color selections before placing your order. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Exceptions
We stand behind the quality of our products. We will make it right if:
- Defective item: Manufacturing defect or print quality issue
- Damaged in shipping: Item arrived damaged
- Wrong item: You received something different than what you ordered
If any of these apply, contact us at liveyourbestlifeshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- Brief description of the problem
We'll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Wait 24-48 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivered early)
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still missing, reach out to us and we'll help investigate
